Enchanted Plants Nursery is a specialist plant nursery offering a remarkable collection of rare plants and seeds by mail order. Founded by Michael Robinson, the nursery focuses on cultivating unique and unusual species valued by collectors, plant enthusiasts, and passionate gardeners. Our collection includes exotic plants from around the world alongside carefully selected UK native and cold-hardy species. Plants are propagated and grown with careful attention to health, vigour, and genetic integrity, ensuring reliable, high-quality stock for growers. Our aim is to preserve, cultivate, and share extraordinary plant species while making them accessible to dedicated growers and collectors.
Alongside plants and seeds, we also offer a range of growing accessories, soil amendments, botanical jewellery, and botanical art crafted from preserved plant materials. We also document cultivation techniques, plant histories, and notable clones or cultivars to help growers better understand and successfully cultivate the plants they grow.

A Nursery Built Around Rare Plants
Enchanted Plants Nursery focuses on cultivating rare, unusual, and culturally significant plants from around the world. Among the species grown and offered through the nursery are plants such as Salvia divinorum, Lophophora williamsii, Papaver somniferum, Psychotria viridis, Mitragyna speciosa, Ephedra sinica, Trichocereus pachanoi, and Acacia phlebophylla. These plants are appreciated not only for their botanical interest, but also for their historical, cultural, and horticultural significance.
Plants are grown and propagated within the nursery using a combination of polytunnels, greenhouse space, outdoor nursery beds, and dedicated indoor grow rooms. This allows a wide range of species to be cultivated and carefully maintained.
Many plants offered by the nursery originate from ongoing propagation and breeding projects, allowing unusual cultivars, distinctive forms, and carefully maintained genetic lines to become available to collectors. By growing plants in-house and maintaining dedicated collections, Enchanted Plants Nursery aims to preserve and distribute remarkable species that are often difficult to find in cultivation.
Our goal is to make rare plants accessible to responsible growers while contributing to the long-term preservation and appreciation of extraordinary botanical diversity. Many of these plants are rarely offered commercially, making the nursery a unique source for collectors and serious growers.
