Plants
We dispatch live plants in good condition and with reasonable care. Because live plants are living and perishable goods, they may change in appearance over time, in transit, or due to incorrect care. As detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to live plants. Once they have left the nursery, we cannot accept further liability, as their cultivation and the climatic conditions in your care are beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Seeds
We believe that our seeds are true to name and viable. Germination, growth, and performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including sowing method, storage, compost, temperature, light, moisture, weather, pests, and general growing conditions. For that reason, we cannot guarantee germination or performance.
Furthermore, recalcitrant seeds do not enter dormancy and have a strictly limited window of viability, making the exempt from the the 14-day right to cancel. They must be sown immediately upon arrival and are highly perishable. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
5. Pricing
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before dispatch. If you do not wish to continue at the correct price, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of any payment already made.
6. Placing an Order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. We are deemed to have accepted your offer only when we dispatch your order.
Quantity restrictions may apply to certain products.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order where we reasonably believe that:
- The products are being purchased for an unlawful purpose.
- The order breaches our Age and Country Restrictions Policy.
- Your order, or part of it, is intended for resale without our prior approval.
- Quantity restrictions have not been followed.

Payment must be made within 72 hours of placing an order unless we agree otherwise. If payment is not received within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Any bank charges, payment processing charges, or currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

We aim to dispatch most orders within five working days of receiving cleared payment, but dispatch times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We may delay dispatch where necessary, including where weather conditions are unsuitable for the safe dispatch of cold-sensitive plants.
9. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
