Payment Methods

We currently accept payment by bank transfer only.

While all the products we sell are lawful in the UK for their intended purposes, some payment providers have created unnecessary friction in relation to certain items in our catalogue. To keep things straightforward, reliable, and consistent for both ourselves and our customers, we currently accept payment by bank transfer only.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is a reliable way to send funds directly from one bank account to another. Payments are made by the customer through their own online banking or banking app, separate from our website. We do not process payments through our site.

How to Place and Pay for Your Order

1. Add your chosen items to the basket and proceed to the checkout.

2. Review your order, select your postage option, enter your delivery details, and click Place Order.

3. The following confirmation page will display our business bank details and your unique order reference number, for example #0243. These details will also be automatically emailed to you.

4. Use your online banking or banking app to make the transfer. Please ensure that you enter your unique order reference number as the payment reference.

5. Once your payment reaches our account, we will manually confirm receipt by email within 24 hours. The email will also confirm that your order status has been updated to Awaiting Dispatch.

6. Once your order has been posted, you will receive a completed order email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. (Note: If we book your postage the day before dispatch, you may receive your tracking email then).

Important Notes

  • Processing Times: Bank transfers are often instant, but please allow up to 48 hours in total for payment to reach our account, and then for us to confirm receipt. If you have not received an update from us after that time, please get in touch.
  • Unpaid Orders: If payment is not received within three days of placing your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed or would prefer to cancel.
  • Delivery Schedule: Orders are dispatched only after payment has been received. For details on when your order will be posted following payment, please see our Delivery Information page.
